A young up-and-coming boxer in Puerto Rico learns the hard way about taking short cuts to success. Roberto Velasquez accepts an offer to undergo a special treatment by the notorious Dr. Karl Malus. Unfortunately, Roberto doesn't know what Dr. Malus is famous for! And when Roberto gets back into the ring he accidentally kills his opponent with a furious combination of strength-augmented punches!
