Story continues from Thor 445. Millions of miles from home, Earth's Mightiest Heroes are captives of the Kree! And per the standard protocol on Hala, the alien prisoners are to be dragged before a powerful foe from days gone by…Ronan the Accuser! But thanks to the quick thinking of Cap and Sersi, the Avengers escape prior to their appointment in Ronan's court! Now the septet of heroes is on the run with an entire planet's population looking for them! However, the Avengers can't stay in hiding for long. They must find the ruler of the Kree empire to persuade him or her to call off the war with the Shi'ar! So to that end Shell-Head and Goliath begin an aerial search for the capitol building, while Cap and his crew attempt to remain anonymous inside the city! Unfortunately though, Korath the Pursuer spies the Avengers boarding a hovercraft and attacks! With Earth's Mightiest Heroes' entire mission in jeopardy, the star-spangled avenger and Korath wage a death-defying duel in the skies over Hala!
